The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for Backflow Deficiencies Prevention In9 Buildings located in Paris, Boulogne and Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Seven (7) buildings are located in Paris and two (2) of are located in Boulogne and Neuilly-sur-Seine.The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technicallyacceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initialoffer without discussion.
The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.
