This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) issued by PHNSY & IMF for a Firm Fixed-Price service contract for the Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, Repair of two Balancing Machines manufactured by Schenck with 1-day Training of personnel.
This requirement is 100% small business set aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. This NAICS code size standard is $12,500,000.00.
The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this requirement is J049, Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment.
This requirement consists of one base period and four option years.
The tentative start date is 20 January 2025. If you are unable to meet the Period of Performance date, please submit soonest availability with submission of quotation.
The location of performance is Joint Base Pearl Habor Hickam, Hawai'i.
All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date.
