The Government is pursuing a non-competitive action under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

AFLCMC, Agile Combat Support Directorate, Robins Air Force Base has requested the addition of the Ballast Anchoring System to the ESAP BPA, which was awarded on July 12, 2024, under a limited source justification. The anchorage system is specifically designed for use with ESAP structures and has no broader application. The Ballast Anchoring System would provide greater flexibility based on site conditions and supports the secure deployment of hardened ESAP structures where conventional methods may not be feasible.This procurement is for the supply of a Ballast Anchorage System, One time engineering cost, full scale demonstration, and the supply of concrete blocks on behalf of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Agile Combat Support Directorate, Robins Air Force Base (AFB).
