THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted.All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time.Late responses will not be accepted.PURPOSE. The purpose of this solicitation is to receive response and award with a Contractor(s) to provide Ballistic Helmets, Body Armor, Communication Devices, and Equipment and Accessories, on an as needed basis.The Minnesota State Patrol purchases approximately twenty-five (25) units of Ballistic Helmets, Multi-Curve, Ceramic Plate, Body Armor, and the Helmet Communications Devices, as defined in the Specification of this Solicitation, on an annual basis.QUESTIONS.
