- The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). NSWCPD has a requirement to procure BALTIMORE AIR COIL fan and strainer box items below. It is the Government's intention to procure this on a competitive brand name basis. Please download and review the details of the RFQ for your submission. This will be a firm fixed priced contract, all costs including shipping (deliver to 19112) must be estimated on your quotes. Please include a copy of your quote on company letterhead and a signed copy of the RFQ.
Accordingly, NSWCPD is requesting information from any and all interested sources in order to make an informed determination regarding procurement strategy. Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the requirement stated above. Responding statements are not to exceed three (3) pages in length.
Responses shall be in electronic format (Microsoft Word or PDF preferred). A cover page for the response shall be included. The cover page shall include the company name, address, CAGE Code, Business Size Status for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333415.
NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be sent to Contract Specialist John Ngov at john.m.ngov.civ@us.navy.mil with the subject line "N6449826Q5033." All responses must be submitted by no later than 3:00 PM EST on 23 DECEMBER 2025.
This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government.
