This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial band instrument products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L1-25-Q-A003. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 dated June 11, 2025, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20250117.
The Austin USPFOTX Contracting Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for band instruments. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339992 and the small business size standard is 1,000 EMP. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.

The Contracting Officer intends to make an award without discussions; however, that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding discussions if it is in the best interests of the government. All quotes must reference and acknowledge all amendments posted to this solicitation, if applicable.
