The Contractor must meet the following minimum requirements:1. Be a Federal or District of Columbia chartered financial institution2. Be a member of the Federal Reserve System and have access to all services;3. Be a depository of Public Funds 4. Be accessible to the public and have branches located in the District of Columbia5. Be a full service member bank in good standing among other comparable banks; andbe capable in excess of the limits established by the Federal Deposit InsuranceCorporation (FDIC).6.
