City Of Baldwin, Georgia - Banks Ridge, Banks Highland, Banks Terrace, Highland Pointe Drive, & Dawn Place Roadway Improvements : Bids Will Be Received At City Of Baldwin, City Hall, 186 Hwy 441 Bypass, Baldwin Georgia, 30511 Until 1:00 P.m. On Wednesday, July 9, 2025. The Project Consists Of, But Is Not Limited To The Following Major Elements: Approximately 825 Tons Of 9.5 Mm Asphalt Superpave, 1,380 Tons 19 Mm Asphalt Superpave, 500 Gal Of Tack Coat, 7,800 L.f. Of 5-inch Yellow And 30 L.f. Of 24-inch White Thermoplastic Pavement Striping, 0.9 L.m. Of Roadway Shoulder Reconstruction, 0.45 Ac Of Erosion Control Tp C Turf Establishment, And Traffic Control. Time Of Completion For All Work Associated With This Project Shall Be Sixty (60) Consecutive Calendar Days From The Date Of A Written "notice To Proceed" From Owner. A Bid Bond Will Be Required With Proposal Submission.
