Response Due Date: February 12, 2025, by 04:00PM (EST) NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS Network Contract Office 1, Procurement Office East on behalf of The Department of Veterans Affairs, Providence VA Medical Center located at 830 Chalkstone Ave Providence, RI 02908 intends to award a firm-fixed contract with no options to Bard for (7) Fluency Stents. The proposed procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 813.106-1(b) Simplified Acquisition Procedures: Soliciting from a Single Source. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this requirement is 339113.
