The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Ocean Service, Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services, Field Operation Division, Gulf Breeze, FL has a requirement to procure a barge and crane or vessel of appropeiate size capable of loading/unloading, transporting, facilitating,and diving services for the installation of a Mobile Grain Elevator I Beam and winch system for a new current meter in Mobile PORTS with portion of the installation underwater in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
