The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following:
ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES TO PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A REPAIR/MODIFICATION WORK PACKAGE FOR NAVY BARGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATEMENT OF WORK.

Required Period of Performance: 30 calendar days, commencing on the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP will be issued via email to the Contractor's designated point of contact. (a) Offerors may submit questions or request clarification of any aspect of this solicitation. It is the Offeror-s responsibility to bring to the attention of the Contracting Officer at the earliest possible time, but prior to the closing date, any ambiguities, discrepancies, inconsistencies, or conflicts between the SOW or PWS (as applicable) and other solicitation documents attached hereto or incorporated by reference. Each question should identify solicitation number, document, page number, paragraph number or other identifier relating to the question. Questions without this information may not be answered. Acknowledgment of questions received will not be made.
(b) The deadline for receipt of questions is 6/25/2025 Although every effort will be made, the Government makes no guarantee that questions received after the date above will be answered.
