The contractor shall perform rental and servicing of portable chemical latrines at Barksdale Air Force Base in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, standards, instructions, commercial practices, and as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) with the focus on safety, sanitation, and customer service. The contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to efficiently and effectively accomplish SOW requirements in a timely manner at reduced costs.
