Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Purchase Order to furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to replace all hydraulic components as indicated in this contract at Barren River Lake (11088 Finney Road,Glasgow, Ky. 42141).
Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment to replace all hydrauliccomponents as indicated in this contract.
The contractor-s work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management,supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordancewith the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All workshall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein.
