By way of this notice, and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c)(1), the Chicago District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announces its intention to award a Brand-Named contract for the components manufactured by the companies listed.
The Chicago District intends to establish a firm-fixed price supply contract for between USACE and Majestic Integrated Construction Solutions for brand name items for Electric Dispersal Barrier I installed on Chicago Sanitary & Ship Canal (CSSC) near Romeoville, Illinois. Under the proposed contract, Majestic Integrated Construction Solutions will be required to provide the following:
