Description:
The Project consists of certain construction and demolition including but not limited to the following generalized list. Please refer to bid documents for all work. a. New Headworks Building b. New Splitter Box c. New Secondary Clari?er d. Replacement of existing Clari?er Equipment including pumps. e. Replacement of Existing Aeration equipment including defuses, blowers, pumps and associated controls and piping. f. Refurbishment of Existing Aeration Tanks including; a new stair at the east tank, new guardrails and gates at the west tank. g. Replacement of Existing Filter system including 3 ?lters and associated controls. h. New Chemical Storage and Feed Building i. New Precast - Posttensioned Solids Handling Tanks j. New UV Building, including inclined UV banks and associated controls. k. New Ef?uent Heat and Plant Water Building for service of the facility with plant water and heating water l. New Main Electrical Room including new main underground service to the site. m. New Operations Building including maintenance garage, of?ces, showers, breakroom and laboratory. and perimeter Security Fencing. n. New Culvert, stormwater containment, roadway security fencing and hardscapes such as manholes and catch basins. o. Demolition of existing structures including: • Existing headworks and in?uent troughs • Operations Building • Clarigester & Control Building • Greenhouse • Storage Building including abandoned and partially buried circular clari?ers. • Steel Sludge Storage Tank
