Work consists of demolition of multiple buildings, structures, utilities, and pavement surfaces. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management,tools, materials, equipment, facilities, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide demolition of 114 base housing structures, utilities, and pavement surfaces at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune (MCBCL), NorthCarolina. The Contractor shall provide six-foot-high temporary chain link fencing with privacy screening around the entire jobsite perimeter for the duration of construction. The Contractor shall mow any undisturbed grassy areas located inside the fenced area at a minimum frequency of every two weeks.The Contractor shall be capable of providing transportation to and from the facilitieslocation and shall dispose of demolition debris off of base. - Documents:
