Amendment 0011: The purpose of this amendment is to correct PIEE and SAM posting errors regarding Amendments 0009 and 0010 (for applicable revised Attachments, please see Amendment 0009 or 0010). Amendment 0010: The purpose of this amendment is to correct PIEE and SAM posting errors regarding Amendment 0009. Amendment 0009: The purpose of this amendment is to re-open the solicitation and perform the following: 1) Change the applicable PSC code from R706 to Z1AZ for all CLINs as a result of research conducted by the Government concerning a more appropriate PSC application. 2) Revise all Inspection/Acceptance and Delivery POCs per CLIN as needed. 3) Adjust all Base and Option Years Periods of Performance per CLIN to reflect a revised contract commencement of 1 July 2026. 4) Revise select UCF Section Instructions and Information to reflect contract-type changes since Amendment 0008. 5) Revise select FAR, DFARS, and DAFFARS provisions and clauses to reflect contract-type changes since Amendment 0008. 6) Revise select RFPto reflect contract-type changes since Amendment 0008. Amendment 0008: The purpose of this amendment is to address three (3) additional questions received by March ARB since the release of Amendment 0007: Q1. Who was the last vendor for the BOS and what was the contract value? A1. The last (and current) vendor is Criterion Corporation (SDVOSB) and Eagle Aviation Services and Technology (SB). The contract value, after 56/60 months, is currently $50,412,213.39. Q2. With regard to the BOS solicitation for MARB, the ITO Pricing Workbook for construction includes Operator, Power Equipment (ENGI0012-003). However, that rate is not listed on the DOL DBA provided in the most recent amendment. Please advise? A2. The labor category changed from ENGI0012-003 on the DBA dated 30 Jun 2023.
