The Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Acquisition Policy (DAP) invites all qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise parties to submit a response to the Request for Quote (RFQ) entitled, “Fabrication Enterprises Baseline Tactile Monofilament - ADA/LEAP/LOPS (12-1672-20)” for the purpose of entering into one Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for a quantify of 2,700 tactile monofilaments (packages of 20).
This requirement is for the IHS Headquarters Office of Clinical and Preventive Services. The Scope of this requirement is Agency-wide. Delivery is FOB Destination to Rio Rancho, NM.

Proposed Period of Performance: BASE Period - 07/09/2025 through 08/23/2025
