- Bastrop County is soliciting contract proposalsfrom a State of Texas-registered project management firm to assist withmanagement of Bastrop County Housing + Health grant deliverables, assessments,workshops, focus groups, and engineering, architectural and environmentalstudies. Services will include site research and selection, administrativerecord keeping, reporting, and financial management; environmental and pre-developmental clearances; communication between Bastrop County Collaborativefor Housing + Health Partners; Bastrop County and Municipal Leaders of Bastrop,Elgin and Smithville, the Collaborative Administrative Team (CAT); and thePre-Development Services and Engineering Partners. The project management firmwill be accountable to the Bastrop County Public Health Department as the leadCollaborative partner. This project management firm will manage logistics andserve as a management and technical project monitor to ensure overall projectsuccess. Other duties may be assigned as required by Bastrop County and the St.David-s Foundation, the funding partner (per grant award #4804).
