Description
Fort Drum, NY has a requirement for Bat Survey Monitoring. See attached document Solication_W911S225QA011, Performance Work Statement, Technical Exhibits, Wage Determination and all applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. Questions are due no later than Tuesday, February 27th, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. All questions shall be in writing and e-mailed to kayla.m.rogers14.civ@army.mil. A site visit will be held on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST at Fort Drum Paul Cerjan Gate Visitor Center. To access Fort Drum, contractors shall be restricted to physically sign in at Paul Cerjan Gate for entry unless they have a Department of Defense (DoD) issued ID card, a local temporary pass, or a local access badge (LAB). For contractors who do not have access will need to visit the welcome center Bldg. 11008 outside of Paul Cerjan (Main) gate with a valid driver?s license, registration, and proof of insurance to gain a one-day pass. The visitor center is open 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days a week. Quote Submission: All quotes shall be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Quoters shall nominate a Proposal Manager in the PIEE Solicitation Module. The Proposal Manager shall respond and post quotes to this solicitation in the PIEE Solicitation Module.
