The Health and Human Services Commission, for and onbehalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division, is solicitingCompetitive Sealed Proposals for selection of a General Contractor to providegeneral construction and construction administration services to the Owner for ProjectNo. 24-105-DLC, Bathroom Renovations and Sewer Line Replacements, Denton, TX,in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in thisSolicitation.This Solicitation is being issued to select aContractor for the Project as provided by Texas Government Code, Section2155.144(b-2)and Chapter 2269, SubchapterD.Project Location, Summary, and BudgetProject Location:Denton State Supported Living Center (SSLC)3980 State School Rd.Denton, TX 76210The scope of the project has two parts:1. Replace the sewer lines in the crawl spaces under21 different existing buildings on the Denton SSLC campus. Buildings 501-511,513-515 & 522-528 are all included in the sewer line replacement portion ofthis Project.2. Renovate 6 existing bathrooms in Building 504. Theinterior renovation work occurs in Building 504 and will include new plumbingfixtures, showers, toilet accessories, sink counters, interior finishes,exhaust grills and light fixtures.Building 527 will be utilized as a swing space for thetemporary relocation of occupants from other buildings undergoing renovation.Please note that bathroom construction will be needed within this building aspart of the project.The remaining buildings will follow...
