The International Boundary and Water Commission is seeking a price quote for a Bathroom Remodel at the IBWC Falcon Field Office, PO Box, 1 FM 2098 Reservoir Rd., Falcon Heights, TX 78545.
The government will award to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsible offeror.
Quote due date via GSA by 3:00pm MST on March 31, 2025.
Quote shall be good for 90 days.
Items shall be quoted all or none as per CLIN structure and PWS attached.
CLIN Structure Attachment SHALL be return with your quote.
Offeror shall provide detailed plans for work quoted. Offeror shall complete work within 180 days after award or earlier to USIBWC, Falcon Field Office, PO Box, 1 FM 2098 Reservoir Rd., Falcon Heights, TX 78545.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred as a result of this request for proposal.
This requirement is Full and Open Competition, the applicable NAICS code is 236118 Residential Remodelers, with a Product Service Code Y1FZ with a size standard of 45 Million.
