The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 17, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to Novamed Corporation. Current contract Contract number 36C25724P0085 Option year 2 (last Option) will expire on 11/30/2026., The services are for the DirectCARE Basic (DCB) Service Contract;
Onsite service by a Bayer certified field engineer
Hardware system coverage
Calibration per OEM specifications and procedures
Software updates
EPM certified part replacements
Complete inspection and safety testing
