An Invitation for Bid will be issued on this Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) website on or about June 24, 2025, for Ambulance Services for Battle Creek VA Healthcare System located at 5500 Armstrong Rd, Battle Creek, MI 49037, its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and affiliated healthcare clinics. This procurement is Unrestricted. The VA is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment, materials, and reports necessary to furnish 24 hours per day, 7 days per week Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Specialty Care Ambulance Services primarily within Veterans Integrated Service Network 10 (VISN 10).Period of Performance: Period of Performance is September 30, 2025, through September 29, 2026, with five (5) one (1)-year ordering periods. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 621910Â Ambulance Services and size standard $22.5 million applies. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract within 180 days from bid receipt date. As authorized by FAR 5.102, solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and the VA will not provide hard copies.
