WKVB159088, CONSTRUCT BASE CIVIL ENGINEERING COMPLEX AT THE 106TH RESCUE WING, WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY. WORK WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. THIS ACTION IS BEING SOLICITED ON A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE BASIS. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION (NAICS) CODE IS 236220 AND THE SIZE STANDARD FOR SMALL BUSINESS IS $45M AVERAGE ANNUAL REVENUE FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS. PROJECT MAGNITUDE IS BETWEEN $10,000,000 AND $25,000,000. OFFERORS INTENDING ON SUBMITTING A PROPOSAL SHOULD ATTEND THE PRE-BID SITE VISIT. SOLICITATION AND INFORMATION NOTICES AS WELL AS AMENDMENTS WILL BE POSTED AT SAM.GOV. A BID BOND MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE OFFER OR THE OFFER WILL BE REJECTED.
