This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is under a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238290 size standard of $22 Million. An Offeror-s submission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in any way.
