This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSBs must be listed and certified at SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ to receive contract awards. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Bed Rentals. Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC requires specialty hospital beds, surfaces, and rental equipment, which includes air microd system. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and supplies for delivery, set-up, and removal of specialty beds. Deliveries and set-up may be made to floors two (2) through nine (9). Room locations will be provided at time of call for delivery. After delivery and set-up each room shall be returned to its original condition. The specialty beds shall meet all life safety codes, National Fire Protection codes and all other applicable federal, state, local codes and in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Offeror shall submit technical questions to the Government in writing via email only and No Later Than Tuesday 2:30 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), 02/12/2025.
