INSTALL NEW SBS-MODIFIED BITUMEN ROOFING SYSTEM AND ALL ACCESSORIES REQUIRED WHERE INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS. THE BASE SCOPE OF WORK IS ESTIMATED TO COST $350,000.
