This Request for Proposal (RFP) SPRPA1-23-R-004E is for the Performance Based Supply Support of the H-1 Next Phase under the Bell COI Contract SPE4AX-17-D-7410. Period of Performance is five years with the possibility of one (1) five (5) year option.
The resultant, single performance-based proposal will be in accordance with the base terms and conditions of SPE4AX-17-D-9410. The Draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached for your review. The SOW has been updated to incorporate changes to the Quality language. The Contract Metric Plan will be forthcoming and demand bands will be removed. DLA will issue an amendment to this RFP to incorporate any additional changes to the SOW. The subject requirement will be proposed in accordance with FAR 52.215-20 Requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data and Data Other than Certified Cost or Pricing Data Alternate I (Oct 2010). In addition, the MB contains both commercial and non-commercial items. Bell is asked to provide a detailed pricing history for commercial parts. Any parts that are marked non-commercial but Bell claims commerciality must contain proper supporting information such as sales history.
Bell is asked to provide pricing for one LSR and one FSR, location is Japan.
Bell is asked to provide the most expeditious proposal for this requirement. Please refer to Attachment 1 for full list of NIINs.
