- Menifee Union School District is seeking bids under the Informal CUPCCA Bid process for the like-in-kind replacement of (1) 25 Ton York HVAC unit at Bell Mountain Middle School MPR Building (Unit A1) Model #Y12AN24A1IACCAC: .Scope of work shall include a complete turn key unit replacement including but not limited to:-craning (premium time)-rigging (premium time)-delivery (premium time)-disconnection and disposal of existing unit-trash haul out-Pelican system controls (4 thermostats, and controller)-all mechanical and electrical, and plumbing connections-curb adaptor-startup and testing-fire alarm integration as required-1 year full warrantyPlease note: Price shall include premium time rates (weekend or second shift) for all crane operations.
