- Bellington, Fernpark, Mason Forest Brick-Lined Swale Project in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri, will be received by Dione Garson, Interim Assistant Director of Public Works, until 10:00 AM CDT on WEDNESDAY, September 3, 2025, at the Public Works office, located in the Creve Coeur Government Center, 300 North New Ballas Road, Creve Coeur, Missouri 63141, and will thereafter be publicly read aloud. The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, grading, installing brick-lined stormwater channels, and site restoration at three sites in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri. The work involved with this project is described in further detail within the Project Manual. The City reserves the right to revise the project limits and may add or remove work locations at any time. Bid Documents will be available beginning August 13, 2025, for viewing or download from the “eDistribution Plan Room” on the Drexel Technologies website (
