THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure a Bench-Scale Membrane Test System composed of the following items: (3) Explorer Cross/Tangential Flow Kit, Low Pressure,110V, 60Hz, 1Ph, part # 1160318, (3) CF016 Cell Assembly, Crossflow, 316 SS, part # 1160070, (1) Veolia Flat Sheet Membrane, GE, Composite PA, UF, CF016, part # 1120990, (1) Veolia Flat Sheet Membrane, GH, PA-TFC, UF, CF016, part # 1120991, (3) Viton Inner and Outer O-Rings for CF016 Cell, part # 1220138, and (1) CF016 Permeate Carrier, 17 mil, part # 1140041 on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought notice with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
