Description : INVITATION TO BID COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIA - LOCK HAVEN CAMPUSCWU-66-L: Bentley Dining Hall ConsolidationCWU - Lock Haven University invites General Contractors, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Contractors to download documents for this project.Work included under this Project consists of Renovations to the Ground Floor and First Floor within Bentley Dining Hall at Lock Haven. This is a Separate Prime Contract with General, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Contracts. Work to include demolition of existing walls, constructing new walls with minor roof infills above and interior finishes. New HVAC system to include exhaust hood and ductwork on first floor and removal of existing systems on Ground Floor and rooftop unit. Provide new water supply and DWV for new fixtures, relocation of sprinkler heads and removal of existing water supply, DWV and gas piping.
