AMD04: The purpose of this amendment is to request best and final quotes to include the follow ing:1. Provide Letter of Authorization from Carahsoft or Bentley.2. These are for NEW licenses with a POP of date of award plus 1-year. NO PRORATED POPS WILL BE ACCEPTED.3. Ensure quote submission meets all requirements in Attachment 1 Evaluation Factors.4. Ensure solicitation is completed and signed in its entirety to include 508 Compliance.5. Ensure ALL required documentation is provided in each submission (COMPLETED Solicitation and LOA).
