The purpose of this requirement is to acquire brand-name Axis IP Cameras and equipment for the Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) facilities: Western Currency Facility (WCF) in Fort Worth, TX and Eastern Currency Facility (DCF) in Washington, D.C. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) art 13.5, Subpart 12.6, and Subpart 13.303-2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is a “Request for Quotation” (RFQ). The solicitation number is 2031ZA25Q00011. The solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-07, effective 29 August 2024. This solicitation is bound by a Total Women Owned Small Business WOSB) set-aside under the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334419, Other Electronic Component Manufacturing, and the size standard is 750 employees. The Government contemplates establishing single award, brand-name, firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as a result of this solicitation. It is anticipated that the BPA will be effective for a total of 60 months. The Period of Performance (PoP) will consist of the Base Ordering Period and four (4) option periods of twelve (12) months each...
