Sealed Bids Will Be Received By The City Of Cedartown, Georgia At The City Hall (201 East Avenue, Cedartown, Georgia, 30125) Until January 5, 2026 At 10:00 A.m. E.s.t. For A New Concession/restroom Building As A Design/build Project In Accordance With Approved Base Specifications At The Bert Wood Park Softball Complex At 605 Lynton Drive In Cedartown. Exceptions To The Specifications Must Be Clearly Noted In The Bid Or On A Separate Detail Page. No Bids Will Be Accepted After The Time And Date Stipulated Above. The City Of Cedartown Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids And To Accept The Bid Considered Most Advantageous To The City. All Bids Shall Be Mailed Or Delivered To The Following Address And "sealed Bid - Restroom Building" Shall Be Clearly Marked On The Envelope.
