THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETIIVE QUOTES.
The Billings Area Indian Health Services, Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, Montana intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Siyeh Communications, 214 SE Boundary, Browning, Montana. The company shall provide communications services such as telephone/Internet/emergency communication services to the Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, Montana.
This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the communication services are encouraged to identify themselves with a written statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must submit a clear and convincing evidence that a competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses can be directed to Billings Area/Blackfeet Service Unit, Shannon Connelly, Purchasing Agent, Shannon.connelly@ihs.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
