(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) The solicitation number is 140P6425Q0037 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. (iv) This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 114210 and the small business size standard is $8.5M.(v) Please see the attached Price Schedule for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure. (vi) Big Bend National Park, a unit of the National Park Service located in Brewster County, TX, is seeking trespass livestock low stress removal service in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement and other project documents. This will be a firm-fixed price award expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in or around August 2025. Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determinations for Brewster County, TX will apply.(vii) Period of performance will be September 1, 2025 ¿ April 30, 2026.
