- Additional Description:-The Town of Manchester intends to purchase 10 (ten) Electronic Speed Radar Feedback Signs. The Radar Signs should be portable, lightweight, with a full size 12” LED dynamic numerical display. Using built-in radar, the radar sign detects oncoming vehicles and displays their speed on a full-matrix LED display panel, informing drivers of their actual speed. The radar sign should function autonomously with battery-power with an automatic solar charging system. The units are intended to be post mounted. All of these devices will be delivered to the Town of Manchester Public Works Department for future installation/ deployment by Town forces.
