- Bid 2025-28 Kings Chapel Sidewalk Replacement - Addendum One Date: March 31, 2025 Project: Kings Chapel Sidewalk Replacement Bid 2025-28 This Addendum Supersedes And Supplements All Portions Of The Bid Documents For The Above Referenced Project. Where Any Item Called For In The Requirement Is Supplemented Hereby, The Original Requirements Shall Remain In Effect. Where Any Original Item Is Amended, Voided, Or Superseded Hereby, The Provision Of Such Item Not So Specifically Amended, Voided, Or Superseded Shall Remain In Effect. Addendum Section 1.2 ¿scope Of Work¿ Is Amended To Include The Following: 1. There Are Two Dumpster Locations That Must Be Reinforce With A Minimum Of 10 Guage Wire Mesh A. Location 1: Approximately 200 Sq. Ft. Of Driveway & Sidewalk B. Location 2: Approximately 200 Sq. Ft. Of Sidewalk (5¿ X 40¿) 2. The Asphalt Driveway At Whitney Manor Is To Remain In Place. Only The Sidewalk In This Area Is To Be Replaced 3. The Pavers Are To Be Set In Wet Mortar With No Sand Base 4.
