Description:
The Intent Of These Specifications Is To Solicit Formal Sealed Bids From Qualified Firms To Establish A Contract, Through Competitive Negotiation, To Provide Athletic Uniforms And Accessories To Various Sites Within The Savannah-chatham County Public School System (sccpss) As Detailed In The Specifications/scope Of Services In Attachment A. This Contract Will Be Primarily Utilized By The Athletic Department On An ¿as Needed¿ Basis. Any Deviations From These Specifications Must Be Clearly Noted By The Bidder. Adequate Information To Allow The Board To Evaluate Those Exceptions Must Be Submitted With The Bid. If Bidding On Other Than Specified, The Bid Must Clearly Identify Those Exceptions On Bid Submittal Form. All Uniforms Must Be New. No Used, Reconditioned, Discontinued, Obsolete, Closed Stock, Factory Seconds And/or Manufacturer Over-runs Will Be Accepted.
