Bids may be submitted (i) via a hard copy to the City at the Treasury Counter, City of Lee-s Summit City Hall, 220 Southeast Green St., Lee-s Summit, MO 64063 OR (ii) electronically via www.PublicPurchase.com per the instructions contained within the Bid. Bids received by the Bid Deadline shall be publicly opened and the Bid Price read. Bids must be in the actual possession of the City staff prior to the Bid Deadline. Late Bids shall not be considered. Each Bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Solicitation Number and the Bidder-s name and address clearly indicated on the front of the envelope. * The City of Lee-s Summit reserves the right to amend the solicitation schedule as necessary. Any amendment to or deviation from the City-s Standard Terms and Conditions may lead to your bid being rejected as non-responsive to this Bid.
