- Description : The Contractor shall supply, deliver, install, startup, and decommission Four (4) Portable 1,000-tonChiller Systems (PCS). Each PCS shall consist of (at minimum and/or equal to) 1,000-ton chiller,ten-inch (10¿) flex hoses and electrical cables,1,000-ton cooling tower, water pump and associatedchemicals. The PCS shall include all associated equipment to generate cooling for the CaliforniaDepartment of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Facility Planning, Construction andManagement (FPCM), at Calipatria State Prison (CAL), located at 7018 Blair Road, Calipatria, CA 92233.
