Description:
The City of Independence is requesting bids for Crane Services for the Power & Light Department (IPL), as well as other City Departments. The agreement will cover the delivery, setup, and breakdown of cranes sizes from 20-ton to 300-ton. The size will be dependent on the size of the item to be moved and the terrain. The bidder does not have to supply a bid for each size and terrain in order to be considered for award. The services will be provided on an as needed, if needed basis. For the convenience of the City, multiple awards are expected.
