- Description:
- The Linn County Commission is seeking bids to prime and paint the Courtroom located on the third floor of the Courthouse at 108 N High Street in Linneus. The area to be painted is approximately 1850 sq ft of wall space and 2250 sq ft of ceiling (partially vaulted). Minor surface repair may be necessary and there will be multiple paint colors, paint to be furnished by contractor with all products approved by Commission. Bidders must be insured, and must pick up a bid packet in person from the County Clerk-s office, Room 102, at the Courthouse. Bids must be sealed, marked COURTROOM PAINT, and received by the Linn County Clerk, PO Box 92, Linneus MO 64653 no later than 10:00a.m. December 30, 2025. Bids will be opened Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the County Commission Room 103 at Linneus. Linn County Commission reserves the right to refuse or reject any or all bids.
