- Description : The Contractor shall supply, install, and provide all necessary materials to perform High Voltage Termination, Splicing and Testing and will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, testing equipment, parts, materials, tools, installation, supervision, licenses, permits, bonds, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem and any other cost necessary to perform the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate Ward Labor (IWL) Program, located at 100 Prison Road Represa, CA 95671.
