The following work packages are bidding in bid package 3:03.3 - Concrete Foundations14.3 - Machine Roomless Electric Traction Elevator31.3 - Drilled Piers (Drilling Only)Bid Package 3 - Concrete Foundations / Elevator / Drilled Piers HOLD THE SHIFT KEY WHEN CLICKING LINKThe project consists of approximately 105,000 sf of new building, site work and landscaping, and will be connected to the existing Bertelsmeyer Hall via a connector bridge. The building will consist of a vivarium, laboratory space, offices, and classrooms. The Bioplex will be the final piece to complete Missouri S&T-s master planned arrival court.This is a construction management at risk project. THERE IS NO GENERAL CONTRACTOR. All Contractors on this Project are considered Trade Contractors to River City Construction (RCC). RCC will award separate Contracts for all Bid Packages involved in the Project.
