- The City of Independence, MO Police Department is looking to purchase a Heavy Duty Animal Incinerator to be located at the Independence K9 Facility (875 Vista Avenue in Independence). Unit will be shipped to location, unloaded, installed, tested and commissioned by the winning respondent. The winning respondent will also be responsible for the initial training of City of Independence employees on the operation of the incinerator.
