Description:
The City of Independence, Missouri, requests statements of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide Right-of-Way and Land Acquisition Services for a variety of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) at the Municipal Services Department. The Land Acquisition Services Providers (LASP's) will assist the City in securing the appropriate property rights to allow projects to be completed in accordance with the MODOT EPG, LPA:136.8 Local Public Agency, Land Acquisition approved process and to meet the Condemnation requirements set forth by the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 to meet applicable state and federal requirements.
