The U.S Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:
Bid/Build Office Furniture Replacement,
U.S. Consulate General, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Bid/Build Construction Type Contract in the third quarter of calendar year 2025.
The successful offeror shall provide complete replacement and construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the design, management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe.
The United States Department of State (DOS) and General Services Office (GSO) requires engineering and construction services for the removal and replacement of the Consular section office furniture at the U.S. Consulate General, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Short project scope description:
The purpose of this project is to perform the replacement of all furniture installed in the Consular section. Consulate will provide the furniture that will be necessary for this project and successful offeror will be responsible to install it. Due to the new locations of the new furniture, successful offeror will be required to rearrange all data cables accordingly. The successful offeror shall follow all the technical specifications required by law for all necessary steps in the replacement, programming, and start-up of equipment.
The General Contractor shall be responsible for the construction, completion and maintenance of the Project Works, in accordance with the tender and contract Drawings, Specifications, Bills of Quantities and Contract Conditions, etc.
